Sequoyah's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Rome Wolves. The Chiefs have not had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Sequoyah has also now won 10 of their last 13 games at home. That run has powered them to a 4-3 record this season. The home victories were made possible by their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those 13 games. As for Rome, they have been struggling this season as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That leaves them at a 2-4 record this season.
