 Carson's victory bumped their record up to 28-3. As for Franklin, their win bumped their record up to 27-3.
 Everything went Franklin's way against Carson when the teams last played  back in October of 2022, as Franklin made off with  a  3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
