Carolina Christian AA recap November 5, 2013
Carolina Pride made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,845 from 10,348. The improvement was the result of a 27-22 victory over Airborne for Christ last week.
The Pride's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Grayson Willingham threw for 112 and 2 touchdowns and Stephen Adams had 54 yards receiving. On the ground Deandre Brake contributed 42 yards. Brandon Leake helped Carolina Pride's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 47 yards.
Willingham put up the best numbers through the air as Carolina Pride beat the Rangers. Willingham's favorite target this week was Adams, who caught 2 passes for 54 yards.
Carolina Pride's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Pride feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Willingham has thrown for 1,272 yards and 43 touchdowns this season, while Leake has 32 catches for 561 yards.
Mike Martin's team led Carolina Christian AA in points allowed with 22.
