It was a good run, but The North Vermillion Falcons unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 41-28 to Park Tudor.
It was another big night for Dj (darrell) gordon, who rushed for 124 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 246 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt. (darrell) gordon really tore up the turf during one magnificent 82-yard run. The team also got some help courtesy of William Harris, who rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown.
North Vermillion's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Park Tudor, their win was their seventh straight on the road (dating back to last season), which bumped their overall record up to 12-0.
North Vermillion does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Park Tudor will head out on the road to face off against North Judson-San Pierre at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Judson-San Pierre will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each match than the last.
