Avon came tearing into  Friday's  match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Seekonk Warriors by a score of  3-1. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Warriors  on October 3rd, they had to take a  3-2  defeat.
 Avon had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-23, 25-21,  25-17.
 Marielle Muyamina paced Avon's offense, picking up seven kills. Muyamina got some help from  Manaelle Narcisse and her six assists. Narcisse was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with nine aces.
Avon's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Seekonk,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 5-15.
As of now, neither Avon nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
