Dk Garza Dazzles in Alamo Heights Win
Dk Garza's big game helped extend Alamo Heights's winning streak to seven on Friday. Nobody could stop Garza as he rushed for 168 yards and three touchdowns on only six carries, and also picked up 34 receiving yards. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 79-yard run.
Alamo Heights' win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Garza and Alamo Heights will square off against Veterans Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

While Friday's victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Hank Hendrix. He did his part (and then some), throwing for 460 yards and four touchdowns while completing 79.4% of his passes, and also rushing for 32 yards for the 'W'.
