Calvert had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Monday.  On the hitting side, Calvert's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Vincenzo Lyons, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 Calvert  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least eight  hits in eight consecutive  matchups.
Calvert pushed their record up to 23-3 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  on the road. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Columbian, their loss dropped their record down to 10-14.
