Galway waltzed into their match on Wednesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Saratoga Central Catholic Saints as they made off with a 13-4 win. Considering the Golden Eagles have won 14 games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Galway's victory was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Saratoga Central Catholic, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-9.

As of now, neither Galway nor the Saints have any future games scheduled.
