Noah Dawson was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, five RBI, and two runs. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Hickman, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
Dawson wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Ravenswood kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Oak Glen only managed five hits.
Meanwhile, Clay County came up short against Scott on Saturday, falling 14-2. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Clay County's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Ravenswood, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
