After a string of three wins, Moline's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Quincy Blue Devils. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Moline was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Quincy work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-21.

Tasia Green-Huffman paced Moline's offense, picking up ten kills. Green-Huffman got some help from Brook Morrissey and her eight assists. Finally, Kaylin Hoffman kept Moline's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Moline now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Quincy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 26-5.

Moline has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Geneseo on the 16th. As for Quincy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Alleman on the 16th.
