Hartford stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They breezed by Brattleboro at home to the tune of 77-37. Given Hartford's advantage in MaxPreps' Vermont basketball rankings (they are ranked fourth, while Brattleboro is ranked 36th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Mount Anthony pushed their score all the way to 71 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 80-71 to Hoosick Falls.
Hartford's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1. As for Mount Anthony, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
