On Friday Harding County take on Timber Lake at 7:00 PM. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
Harding County took the matchup and then some with a 40-0 victory last week. No one had a better game by the numbers than senior Reese Jensen, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 112 yards and 3 touchdowns. In fact, with 13 tackles Jensen was a force on both sides of the ball.
Meanwhile, everything went Timber Lake's way against Newell as the squad secured a 76-6 win.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 3-0. Keep an eye on the score for this one : both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.
