Friendly was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Friendly lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jasmine Germany, who scored 16 points along with six steals. Alexis Taylor was another key contributor, scoring six points along with ten rebounds.
Friendly has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season. As for Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North, their win bumped their record up to 9-7.
