Brodie Ogden made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and not a single walk). He has become a key player for Redding Christian: the team is 5-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-5 otherwise. Ogden was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
