Softball Recap: Winnacunnet Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Winnacunnet extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping their season record up to 4-0 in the process. They walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Timberlane Owls. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Owls, too.

Having lost for the first time this season, Timberlane fell to 3-1. The loss was their first of the season.

For Timberlane's part, Lilly Grosky made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That double was Grosky's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Audrina Cordeiro, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.
