Port Huron extended their winning streak to five on Thursday, bumping them up to 10-2. Everything went their way against the Hazel Park Vikings as they made off with a 14-1 win. The Big Reds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by six runs or more this season.

As for Hazel Park, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. Having soared to a lofty 21 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Hazel Park's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was La'Onna Otis (2026), who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.
