The Glenrock Herders lost against the Rawlins Outlaws back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Glenrock was the victim of a rough 66-45 defeat at the hands of the Outlaws. Glenrock has not had much luck with the Outlaws recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
It was another big night for Jaxson Allard, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds for Rawlins. Another player making a difference was Damien Vialpando, who scored nine points along with three steals.
Glenrock's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Rawlins, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season.
Glenrock will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Wright knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five games -- so hopefully the Herders like a good challenge. As for Rawlins, they will head out on the road to square off against the Dogies at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Newcastle is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
