DSST: Conservatory Green's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Azar Ghezae, who scored 18 points along with seven rebounds. The match was Ghezae's tenth in a row with at least ten points. Sane Toure was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six rebounds.
Despite the loss, Thornton still got an impressive performance from Clayton Jones, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 17 rebounds. Those 17 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Kainoa Miller, who scored eight points.
DSST: Conservatory Green's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Thornton, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
