Baseball Recap: Hornbeck's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

The Hornbeck Hornets came up short against the DeQuincy Tigers on Monday and fell 7-2.

Hornbeck's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-9. As for DeQuincy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-10 record this season.

Hornbeck will be playing at home against Avoyelles at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for DeQuincy, they are taking a road trip to take on Vinton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
