It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Lewis ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Falls Church Jaguars, sneaking past 5-4. Lewis haven't had any issues with Falls Church recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Lewis' win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those three matchups. As for Falls Church, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-7-1.
