The dominant performance gave him a new career- in total yards. Westwood also got a significant boost from Keshawn Barkus, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 108 yards.
Another reason for the win was Westwood's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for seven sacks. It was truly a group effort as Preston Atwood, Dax Clark, and James Marshall picked up two apiece. With that strong performance, Marshall is now averaging an impressive 6.5 total tackles per game. Another thorn in Skyline's side was Brayden Gonzalez, who made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended a pass.
Chandler's record now sits at 2-0. As for Westwood, their victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-0.
