After soaring high against Griffin Christian last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Calvary Christian lost to Holy Ground Baptist Academy by a decisive 0-16 margin. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Calvary Christian were outplayed the rest of the way.
The loss dropped Calvary Christian back to even at 2-2. The victory bumped Holy Ground Baptist Academy's record up to 3-0.
Next week Calvary Christian take on Georgia Force Christian at 7:30 PM. Holy Ground Baptist Academy will look to defend their home turf against Hancock Academy at 7:30 PM.
