The Rockwood Summit Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Parkway South as Rockwood Summit made off with a 79-54 victory. The result was nothing new for Rockwood Summit, who have now won four contests by 25 points or more so far this season.
Parkway South lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ryan Shanfeld, who scored ten points. Another player making a difference was Eddie Ahearn, who scored 15 points.
Rockwood Summit pushed their record up to 9-4 with that win, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points per game. Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rockwood Summit will take on Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northwest will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 432nd, while Rockwood Summit is ranked 109th). Parkway South is on the road again on Friday and play against Mehlville at 7:00 p.m. on January 12th.
