Harvest Christian Academy put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Prince of Peace Eagles with a sharp 10-2 win.
Elijah Cleary made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. Cleary was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Noah Boone was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while going 3-for-5. Boone is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's stole at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Court Patterson was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
Harvest Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Prince of Peace, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
