Truckee put another one in the bag  on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Elko Indians 31-8. With the Wolverines ahead  21-0 at the half, the  matchup was all but over already.
 Truckee found their leader in underclassman  Ivan Esparza, who rushed for 144 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. The dominant performance gave  Esparza a new career-high in  rushing yards.  Jace Estabrook handled things on the ground, rushing for 100 yards and a  rushing touchdown.
 Truckee was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 300  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 204  rushing yards in nine consecutive  matches  dating back to last season.

 Despite the loss, Elko still got an impressive performance from   Jake Carsrud, who rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry.
