Evansville North's defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-6. As for Bloomington South, their win bumped their record up to 13-7-1.
Evansville North will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Evansville Central at 5:00 p.m. Evansville North's pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so Evansville Central's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
