Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Organ Mountain). They claimed a resounding 86-33 victory over the Gadsden Panthers. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 21 points or more this season.
Organ Mountain's win on Monday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ray Venegas, who went 6 of 8 en route to 18 points and four steals. That's the most steals Venegas has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Lenny Washington, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten assists.
Organ Mountain smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in four consecutive games.
