Durango has gone a perfect 4-0 against Bonanza recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Trailblazers will head out on the road to take on the Bengals at 6:00 p.m. Durango is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
On Monday, Durango came up short against Mojave and fell 3-1. While the Trailblazers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Rattlers 25-21 in the first set.
Durango started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-12, 25-21, 25-21.

Durango's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of James Carl Serrano, who had 31 assists and three aces, and Miguel Villa Tovar, who had nine kills, nine digs, and five aces. Villa Tovar has been hot, having posted nine or more kills the last five times he's played.
Meanwhile, Bonanza didn't have quite enough to beat Sunrise Mountain on Monday and fell 3-2. While the Bengals didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Miners 25-13 in the first set.
Bonanza wouldn't go down easily and took Sunrise Mountain into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking six-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 13-25, 25-22, 20-25, 25-14, 15-9.
Durango's loss dropped their record down to 10-18. As for Bonanza, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-12.
Durango was able to grind out a solid win over Bonanza in their previous meeting back in March, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trailblazers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
