In what's become a running theme this season, the Hawthorne Hornets gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They claimed a resounding 76-43 victory over Bradford at home. Winning may never get old, but Hawthorne sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
CJ Ingram continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 22 points and ten rebounds. He hasn't dropped below 15points for seven straight games. Caleb Rollerson was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five assists and four steals.
Hawthorne pushed their record up to 8-4 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Bradford, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hawthorne won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against North Marion at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th. Bradford won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Baker County at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th.
