Basketball Recap: Ainsley Graybeal's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Jupiter over Suncoast

Jupiter has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 60-58 heartbreaker at the hands of the Suncoast Chargers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Warriors have suffered since November 25, 2023.

Jupiter lost on Tuesday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ainsley Graybeal, who went 7 of 10 on her way to 17 points and six boards. That's the most points Graybeal has posted since back in November of 2024. Kaydince Hallas was another key player, putting up nine points along with six assists and five rebounds.

Jupiter's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Suncoast, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jupiter has already played their next contest (against Park Vista), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Suncoast will take on Palm Beach Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Suncoast's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
