For the second straight game, Mohawk will face off against Upper Sandusky. The Warriors will head out to face off against the Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Mohawk's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last five contests.
On Monday, Mohawk made easy work of Upper Sandusky and carried off a 14-6 victory. Considering the Warriors have won 13 matchups by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Aubrey Gottfried was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up six earned runs off seven hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
In other batting news, Mallory Brickner was a standout: she fired off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 3-for-4. That's the most home runs she has posted since back in April of 2025. Katie Woodland was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI.
Mohawk was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .444. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .400 or higher in five consecutive games.
Mohawk pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.1 runs over those games. As for Upper Sandusky, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-4.
Upper Sandusky's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Mohawk has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 11.4 hits per game. It's a different story for Upper Sandusky, though, as they've been averaging 9.5 hits. Given Mohawk's sizable advantage in that area, the Rams will need to find a way to close that gap.
