After a string of three wins, Lake Gibson's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They and the South Lake Eagles finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Braves have been dealt a draw since back in November.

With that draw, Lake Gibson's record moves to 11-2-2. Meanwhile, South Lake's record is now 3-4-3.

Lake Gibson will be home for the holidays to greet Kathleen at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Kathleen's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for South Lake, they are taking a road trip to face off against Zephyrhills at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. South Lake is facing Zephyrhills at the right time seeing as Zephyrhills is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
