Everything went their way against Kennedy Memorial as South River made off with a 63-38 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win South River has posted yet this season.
It was another big night for Alex Grospe, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Nate Grospe, who scored 16 points.
South River's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Kennedy Memorial, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
South River will be playing in front of their home fans against Carteret at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Kennedy Memorial, they will head out on the road to face off against Metuchen at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Metuchen focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 last Saturday.
