 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Ava Carlson, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, three  runs,  and two  RBI. Those  three  hits gave  her a new career-high.  Addisonn Crumly also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  doubles of the season.
 Minooka was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .538. They are 5-1 when  they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Minooka's record is now 7-4. As for Oswego East,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 4-5 record.
