Bayonne had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Hudson Catholic Hawks as they made off with a 12-1 victory. The Bees might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by seven runs or more this season.

Bayonne's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Hudson Catholic, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Bayonne will square off against North Bergen at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hudson Catholic, they will take on Paramus Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Paladins' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Hawks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
