The Keystone Wildcats put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Oberlin at home to the tune of 59-14. Keystone has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 27 points or more this season.
Keystone's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brooklyn Barber led the charge by scoring 26 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jessica Forthofer, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Keystone's victory was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-0. As for Oberlin, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Keystone will challenge Clearview at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Oberlin's road trip will continue as they head out to face Christian Community at 6:30 p.m. on January 29th. Hopefully Christian Community focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 last Monday.
