Calexico barely beat Central the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 7-1 win on Tuesday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Spartans recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Calexico pushed their record up to 10-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 7.3 runs. As for Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Calexico will have a chance to go back-to-back against Central: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
