With a playoff game on the line, the Reidsville Rams rose to the challenge on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 41-20 margin over Brevard. Winning may never get old, but Reidsville sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reidsville to victory, but perhaps none more so than AL Lee, who threw for 274 yards and three touchdowns while completing 79.2% of his passes. Lee is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jariel Cobb, who rushed for 135 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries.
Reidsville has yet to lose a game at home this season, leaving them with a 12-1 record. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33.11 points. As for Brevard, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-3.
Reidsville's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Bunker Hill at 7:00 p.m. on November 24th. Bunker Hill is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. Brevard does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
