The Hall Warriors''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Bauxite, falling 48-19. Hall lost against Bauxite in their previous head to head back in October of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 42-6 score last time.
Bauxite's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eli Perry, who threw for 142 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Ryan Hoskins was another key contributor, rushing for 72 yards and a touchdown.
Hall's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Bauxite, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.
Hall will be playing in front of their home fans against Mayflower at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bauxite, they will head out on the road to face off against Harmony Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Arkansas (Harmony Grove is ranked 93rd, while Bauxite is ranked 69th).
