Jeremiah Delarosa Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Atwater got the W thanks in part to Jeremiah Delarosa playing the best football he has all season. Delarosa rushed for 129 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.2 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played.
The win (which was Atwater's third in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Delarosa and Atwater will venture away from home to face off against Golden Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
