Gannon Logue posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. He struck out eight batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off eight hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Logue and Hudson will face off against Red Hook at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Logue had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their match back in April of 2024 14-11.
