Brady suffered their biggest loss since September 23rd on Tuesday. They came up short against the Ansley/Litchfield Spartans, falling 3-0. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

While Brady was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Ansley/Litchfield's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-17, 25-21.

Payton Stienike paced Brady's offense, picking up 15 kills. Stienike got some help from Ella Lydic and her 14 assists. Finally, Kenlee Fattig kept Brady's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Garittee Smith went supernova For Ansley/Litchfield., getting 20 digs and two assists. Smith has been hot, having posted 13 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Brady's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 19-8. As for Ansley/Litchfield, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 24-6.

As of now, neither Brady nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
