Savannah Christian was led to victory by Zo Smalls and Kenry Wall. Smalls rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry, while Wall rushed for 167 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. Smalls has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last five times he's played.
Lumpkin County's loss dropped their record down to 12-1. As for Savannah Christian, the last time they lost on the road was back back in September. Having now won five straight away games, they've pushed their record up to 11-2.
