Owen Gorham Dazzles in Mendon Win
Mendon picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Owen Gorham. Gorham did his part (and then some), rushing for 256 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 11.1 yards per carry for the 'W'. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last six games he's played dating back to last season.
Gorham might have his next game, a road matchup with St. Philip Catholic Central, circled on his calendar. When Gorham last faced the Fighting Tigers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 177 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry.

Seth Keson Turns in Another Game with at Least Two Rushing Touchdowns
Seth Keson continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fourth-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least two rushing touchdowns. He rushed for 177 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.4 yards per carry, and also threw for 145 yards and two touchdowns.
Keson is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Climax-Scotts on Friday. Keson rushed for 132 yards, and also threw for 110 yards and two touchdowns the last time he and the Panthers duked it out back in September of 2023.

Another Bellevue player making an appearance on this list is Riley Beaumont. He picked up 186 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Mendon picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to James T Lux. T Lux turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 97 yards on only nine carries, while also picking up 33 receiving yards. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making six total tackles.
If the past is any indication, T Lux could be in store for another big game when he takes on St. Philip Catholic Central on Saturday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time T Lux saw the Fighting Tigers), he rushed for 199 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries.

Gorham Made His Presence Known in Mendon's 66-42 Victory
Ryder Gorham was instrumental in extending Mendon's winning streak to six on Friday. Bellevue had no answer to Gorham as he threw for 132 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
On the season, Gorham has thrown 4 touchdowns while averaging 57.2 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he was only averaging 16.32 passer rating per game. This year he is averaging 126.22 passer rating.
