The Beebe Badgers will take on the Hot Springs Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
Beebe is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Searcy on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Badgers came up short against the Lions, falling 49-27. The Badgers were down 35-13 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Curtis Goodrich

| 10/31/25 vs Watson Chapel | 164 |
| 10/24/25 @ Jacksonville | 173 |
| 10/17/25 vs Robinson | 127 |
| 10/10/25 vs Pine Bluff | 219 |

Despite the loss, Beebe got top-tier performance from Curtis Goodrich, who rushed for 177 yards and one score. Goodrich's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 127 rushing yards.
Meanwhile, Hot Springs hadn't done well against Lakeside recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Trojans narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Rams 23-21. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.
Beebe better keep an eye on Sedrick Allen. He was instrumental in Hot Springs' win, rushing for 23 yards and a pair of TDs, while also throwing for 273 yards on 20 of 30 attempts. 144 of Allen's passing yards were hauled in by Ja'Marcis Morning.
Hot Springs didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Lakeside to a completion percentage of just 50%. The Trojans weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 66.7%.
Hot Springs' defense didn't let Wally Wolcott, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for four sacks. Khalawry McClinton was especially locked on to Lakeside's QB and sacked him twice. Hot Springs got some further help from Colby Holder: he picked up a sack and made eight total tackles.
Hot Springs' record now sits at 9-1. As for Beebe, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
The upcoming game will be a clash of competing strengths. Beebe has deployed a run-first offense that has averaged 216.5 rushing yards a game. Meanwhile, Hot Springs has preferred to attack from the air: they average 297.1 passing yards per game. So which strategy will prevail on Friday? There's only one way to find out.
