Many is a perfect 6-0 against Red River since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Many will face off against Red River at 5:00 p.m. Many is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

Many took a nine-run loss the last time they faced off against Montgomery, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Many won by a run and slipped past Montgomery 7-6.

Baylee Samples spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and two unearned) runs on eight hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Caroline Cedars, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. That stolen base was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Caylee Downs, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Red River never let their opponents score on Thursday. Everything went their way against Plain Dealing as Red River made off with a 15-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won seven matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

Red River has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. Many's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-6.

Many took their win against Red River in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 18-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for Many since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
