Bethune-Bowman had won two straight games and Jaedon Bell did his part to make it three on Thursday. The Mohawks simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the St. John's Islanders 58-0 with plenty of help from Bell, who threw for 240 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 33 yards. Bethune-Bowman is 2-1 when Bell posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 1-4 otherwise.

Bethune-Bowman's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for St. John's, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.
