Karns City put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Westville Yellowjackets as the Karns City Gremlins made off with a 17-2 victory.
Jacob Jones made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits (and not a single walk). Jones was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, Tyler Kelly was incredible, going 1-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI.
