St. Mary's will challenge Dansville on the road at 7:30 PM on Friday. St. Mary's are limping into the contest on a five-game losing streak.
We expected St. Mary's to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Cardinal O'Hara last Saturday, and they did. St. Mary's have to be aching after a bruising 6-39 defeat to Cardinal O'Hara.
As for Dansville, Dansville had a rough outing against Sandy Creek two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Dansville walked away with a 16-8 win over South Seneca/Romulus/Dickerson.
Dansville's victory lifted them to 3-2 while St. Mary's's loss dropped them down to 0-5. We'll see if Dansville's success rolls on or if St. Mary's are able to steal their positive momentum.
