Madison Garrido continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 13 points along with 7 rebounds and 7 steals. The matchup was her fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Powell, who scored 11 points along with 9 rebounds.
The win makes it two in a row for Riverside and bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for James F. Byrnes, they bumped their record down to 4-2 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
Riverside won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Mauldin at 6:00 p.m. on December 8th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in South Carolina (Mauldin is ranked second, while Riverside is ranked eighth). As for James F.
